- 🟡 I-95 summer saturation: Misquamicut beach traffic already closes Atlantic Ave on Saturdays. Mandatory TIS, staggered arrival, remote parking + shuttle.
- 🟡 Seasonality: ~14 viable Saturday show-nights/yr. Treat amphitheater as amenity + marketing engine; RV resort is the cash engine.
